Where do you get the wood used to manufacture your pallets and crates?
Our lumber is sourced in the Southeast region of the United States, primarily from Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.
What size wooden pallets and crates do you sell?
We can manufacture any size pallet, crate, or skid. We specialize in custom pallet, crate, and skid manufacturing and make all products to the exact dimensions for each of our customers’ unique needs.
Do you have a pallet size chart?
We do not, as we customize each product to our customer’s individual shape and size specifications.
How much does each pallet weigh?
The weight of each pallet depends on the pallet dimensions.
Do you sell used pallets?
We do not sell used pallets. All our pallets are newly manufactured.
What lumber do you use in manufacturing new pallets?
Our pallets are manufactured out of Southern Yellow Pine, Oak, and Poplar. We also offer pallets made using kiln-dried Pine lumber.
Do you do scrap pallet removal?
We do offer scrap pallet removal in limited capacity.
How do you handle your transportation?
We have internal transportation assets that can deliver within a 100-mile radius of Pine Mountain Valley, Georgia.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
What are your average lead times?
Our average lead times are 7-10 business days upon receipt of the purchase order.
